By purchasing or using any Showit website template created by Marie & Moss Creative, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Overview
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-use license to use the template for one (1) personal or business website only.
You may:

• Customize the template to fit your brand and business
• Use it to create and launch one (1) live website
• Edit colors, fonts, images, copy, and layout

You may not:

• Resell, share, redistribute, or copy the template
• Use the template for multiple projects or clients without purchasing additional licenses
• Claim the design as your own original work
• Use elements from the template in other unrelated designs

2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the template and resources are delivered, there is no way to “return” them.

3. Template Ownership & Intellectual Property
All template designs, layouts, copy prompts, and instructional materials remain the intellectual property of Marie & Moss Creative.
 You may not use, repurpose, or redistribute any part of the template or included materials (graphics, layouts, wording, etc.) outside the scope of your personal license.

These templates are designed to support your business growth — but we can’t guarantee results.
 Marie & Moss Creative is not responsible for:

• Any website or hosting issues you may experience
• Website performance, SEO rankings, or business outcomes
• How the template is customized or maintained after delivery
• Integration with third-party apps or tools

5. Support
Your purchase includes access to support materials such as:

• Step-by-step video tutorials
• A written launch checklist
• A 1-month free Showit code
• Email support for template setup questions (not custom design work)

Support does not include Showit subscription setup, domain troubleshooting, or customizations beyond what's in the tutorial content.
